Mr. Uttam Trasadiya is an entrepreneur, social leader, motivational speaker, and legal professional dedicated to nation-building through industry, education, and social initiatives. Originally from Botad, Gujarat, he has built a multidimensional career that bridges business leadership, social service, and intellectual engagement.

Academically, Uttam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship (Family Business Management), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB). This rare combination of engineering, business management, and legal education has enabled him to approach problems with analytical depth, strategic thinking, and legal clarity.

From a young age, Uttam has been deeply influenced by value-based social work and has remained associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). His involvement in organizational work and public life has shaped his leadership style, emphasizing discipline, social responsibility, and cultural consciousness.

In the social sector, he is the Founder and President of Kalrav NGO, Gujarat, an organization established in 2014 with the objective of promoting education, healthcare awareness, youth development, and upliftment of underprivileged communities. Through Kalrav, he has worked on multiple grassroots initiatives aimed at empowering society through knowledge and collective participation.

Uttam is also actively engaged in the field of education policy and institutional development. He currently serves as the District Sanyojak of Shiksha Sanskriti Uthhan Nyas in Botad, an independent organization dedicated to research, policy development, and reform in the Indian education system. His work in this field focuses on strengthening value-based education and encouraging indigenous intellectual traditions.

In the industrial domain, Uttam has played significant administrative and strategic roles within the Morbi ceramic and manufacturing ecosystem. Earlier in his professional journey, he served as General Administrator at Greenstone Granito Pvt. Ltd., Greenzone Granito Pvt. Ltd. and Greenray Granito Pvt. Ltd., and as Chief Managing Director of Greenvalley Trimpex LLP, where he led business development and export-oriented operations. His experience in the MSME sector has given him deep insights into industrial growth, entrepreneurship, and the challenges faced by Indian manufacturers.

Reflecting his commitment to strengthening India’s small and medium enterprises, Uttam currently serves as the General Secretary of Laghu Udyog Bharti, Morbi District (2025–27). In this role, he works closely with local entrepreneurs to promote industrial growth, policy advocacy, and sustainable development of MSMEs.

Alongside his industrial and social commitments, Uttam has also contributed to intellectual and youth development initiatives. He served as a Student Brand Ambassador for the Election Commission of India (2016–2018), promoting democratic awareness among young voters. He also founded INDRA Society and My Innovation Club, platforms designed to encourage youth leadership, creativity, and innovative thinking.

His engagement with literature and media includes serving as the Managing Editor of the Gelo Gujarati e-Magazine, where he worked to promote Gujarati language, literature, and regional cultural discourse.
